Products
Each card is individually crafted by hand, therefore although they will always be of the upmost quality, there may be slight variations in the finalised products. As the majority of our orders are time critical - if for whatever reason we cannot supply the chosen card we will strive to contact you to discuss alternatives.

Payment
We can accept payment by most Credit and Debit Cards through this website. Payment transactions will be securely processed within our own encrypted e-shop environment.

It is the responsiblity of the customer to ensure that the billing and delivery details provided are correct. We cannot accept responsibility for an order being held back as a result of incorrect or invalid payment details being given. Failure to supply the correct details may result in your order either being held pending the supply of the correct details, or being delivered to the wrong address.

The total value of your order will be displayed on the secure checkout screen. The displayed price is the amount in pounds sterling that you will pay.

If you prefer not to pay online we can accept cheques - however we will not be able to send the order until the funds have cleared. Please email us if you wish to pay by cheque.

At present we only accept online payments from the United Kingdom which includes the UK mainland and Northern Ireland. However, if you are outside the United Kingdom please email us to discuss alternative ways to pay.

All prices quoted include VAT.

Delivery
We recommend that the customer allows approximately 3 weeks between placing the order and receiving the delivery. However, during that time we will strive to confirm an actual delivery date (to within 3 days). All cards are dispatched using the Royal Mail’s Recorded Delivery service, so the majority of cards will be delivered within a few days of dispatch.

We regret that we are unable to accept orders for delivery to an address containing a PO Box Number, or from persons placing an order whose own address contains a PO Box number.

Deliveries will be made to the address that you have selected. In the event that you select a business address Marigold Designer Stationery shall be deemed to have delivered the order to its intended recipient by delivering it to the reception area or mailroom at the business address.

At present our standard delivery zone is the United Kingdom which includes the UK mainland and Northern Ireland. However, should you wish for your purchase/s to be sent outside the United Kingdom please email us to discuss postage and time considerations.

Cancelling your order
If you want to cancel your order after we have accepted it, the payment card holder must contact us immediately. There may be a cancellation fee to pay, dependent upon our estimated loss from the point of order confirmation to the point of cancellation.

You can have full confidence that our on-line ordering service is fully secure. All credit card transactions processed from this site use state of the art encryption to create a safe and secure shopping experience for you. Once you reach the secure checkout screen you will notice a padlock appear at the bottom of your browser window, and unless disabled a pop-up will remind you that you are entering a secure area.
